Appointment Policy
Your appointment time will be reserved for you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, based on what we determine together. If you need to make changes to your appointment please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be processed at the full session fee.

15 Minute Phone Consult for New Clients ONLY prior to your first session
Telephone conference call lasting up to 15 minutes to discuss services, explore concerns needed to determine mutual agreed upon appropriate care.
This 15 minute consult allows us both to discover if we will be a good fit.

Enrollment consisting of assessments, informed consent and the development of goals and action steps for treatment. This appointment will take 60 to 90 minutes to complete.

Child and Adolescent Therapy:
Licensed Counselors use a variety of techniques and methods to help children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties with their emotions, behavior and resolve problems.

Traditional talk therapy is often ineffective if you’ve experienced trauma. There are physical, chemical, and psychological responses that can keep you feeling stuck—a trauma-informed therapist has more training and tools to help you. Often, specific trauma therapy is fundamental to experience full healing.
We offer two type of trauma therapy:

A spiritual coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. They work with you to change/re-direct/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks. The session normally are 50 mins.

Supervising Costs:
Initial Meeting/Interview: Free 30 minutes
Subsequent Individual Supervision: $80
Supervision Via Technology: $80 (up to 20 hours)
Group Supervision: $50 (based on group availability)
In / Out of Network
We are in network with most Medicaid / Medicare insurance providers and most major insurance companies. Please check with us to confirm your insurance, to see if we are in network.
If not in network with your insurance provider, an invoice will be provided for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. In addition, you may be able to apply for your employer's flexible spending plan or claim therapy costs as a tax deduction.
Sliding Scale Fee
Reduced fee for services are available on a limited case by case basis. Please review our Affordable counseling and / or call for more details.
